The 9th Mineral Engineering Conference MEC 2026 will be held at the four-star Verde Montana Wellness & Spa in Kudowa-Zdrój, located at the foothills of the Stołowe Mountains in the Sudetes.

Location

Scope of the Conference

The conference covers a broad range of mineral engineering topics, including mineral processing, its fundamentals, and process technology. The Organizers and sponsors of the MEC 2026 Conference invite you to submit papers in the fields of surface physicochemistry, mineralogical analysis, geometallurgy, bio- and hydrometallurgy, waste management, the production and testing of aggregates, and ecology. The Conference presentations may have fundamental as well as applied (utilitarian) aspects. The conference aims to showcase the latest achievements from research centers and to integrate communities involved in mineral engineering research and the utilization of mineral and secondary raw materials (wastes).

The languages of the conference are English and Polish. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
